• All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice.

• All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering. Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.

• Sale items are only available at the lower price during the sale period.

Delivery

• Once you have made your order online, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. 
Generally, your order will be shipped within 3 working days. If there are any delays, you will be advised by email.


• Express shipping takes 2-5 days. Standard free shipping takes 7-12 days for our customers to receive their orders. We work hard to deliver as safely and quickly as possible, but the impacts of the pandemic are causing some delays in some areas. All orders can be tracked and we appreciate your patience.
• Shipping method is chosen based on the item and your location. You should receive a tracking number after your order has been dispatched. When your order is placed the estimated time of arrival will be confirmed together with your order summary. Shipping time is estimated and may take longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances.

• We reserve the right to change the method of shipping, at no extra cost to you. Usually orders within USA are sent by USPS or Fedex IP, and orders within Australia are sent by Australia Post or Courier. However we reserve the right to change shipping method, due to shipping companies' constant adjustment to delivery cost.

• If shipment has been returned to us due to: a. Failure to deliver due to incorrect address. b. If a card has been left and the courier company has not been contacted by you. c.If a redelivery is required due to inaccessible or large dogs. If this is the case, the cost of redelivery will be charged back to you.
