Exchanges
  • We are happy to exchange any items that are faulty or incorrect. If you wish to exchange your item(s), please contact info@poppilingerie.com within 30 days of purchase with your instructions. 
  • We are able to exchange it for another item as per your instructions, you can assign new shipping address(es) or contacts as well via email. We always want to help.
  • Items will not be exchanged after 30 days.
Refunds
  • We are also happy to refund any items that are faulty or incorrect. If you wish to get a refund on your item(s), please contact info@poppilingerie.com within 30 days of purchase. We will refund you hassle-free, no questions asked. 
  • We are able to refund your credit card as per your instructions. You will get your refund in 2-5 days depending on the payment method. 
  • Items will not be refunded after 30 days.
