Delivery

  • Once you have made your order online, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. 
Generally, your order will be shipped within 2 working days. If there are any delays, you will be advised by email.

  • We work hard to deliver as safely and quickly as possible, but the impacts of the pandemic are causing some delays in some areas. All orders can be tracked and we appreciate your patience.
  • You should receive a tracking number after your order has been dispatched. When your order is placed the estimated time of arrival can be confirmed using AUSPOST TRACKER. Shipping time is estimated and may take longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • We reserve the right to change the method of shipping, at no extra cost to you. All orders within Australia are sent by Australia Post or Courier. However we reserve the right to change shipping method, due to shipping companies' constant adjustment to delivery cost.
  • If shipment has been returned to us due to: a. Failure to deliver due to incorrect address. b. If a card has been left and the courier company has not been contacted by you. c.If a redelivery is required due to inaccessible or large dogs. If this is the case, the cost of redelivery will be charged back to you.

    Delivery Delays
