Returns
- We are happy to exchange any items that are faulty or incorrect. If you wish to exchange/return your item(s), please contact customerservice@poppilingerie.com with your instructions.
- To correctly identify the order, same name or email/ the returned item(s). mobile phone is required in the email.
- We are able to exchange it for another item as per your instructions, you can assign new shipping address(es) or contacts as well via email. We always want to help.
- Items will not be returned or exchanged after 30 days.
Refunds
- We are also happy to refund on any items that are faulty or didn't arrive. If you wish to get a refund on your item(s), please contact customerservice@poppilingerie.com within 30 days of purchase.
- We are able to refund to your credit card as per your instructions. You will get your refund in 2-5 days depending on the payment method.
- Items will not be refunded after 30 days.
